If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us and and let us know. If the arrangement does not meet your expectations for freshness, we will replace it. (Spring and Seasonal flowers, which have a natural short vase life, are excluded).

Please note that not all fresh flowers and products are available in all areas, so some substitutions may apply. Most local florists purchase seasonal flowers and products in limited quantities and the best way to ensure availability is to place orders early. We will notify you in case flower substitutions are required.

If you should ever receive something you feel disappointed with, we encourage you to contact us right away and we will gladly work with you to achieve the satisfaction that you deserve. Flowers are a perishable and we can replace them within the first 24 hours if you let us know that something is not what you expected.

Orders received by 2pm can be delivered same day. Sympathy orders received by 4pm on Saturday will be delivered on Sunday. Our website is not monitored 24/7. We monitor website sales mainly during our regular hours of operation, therefore orders placed after hours will not be seen until the next business day.
